Projector Trouble Shooting
Can not connect wifi ?
1、Confirm that the WiFi password is correct (you can try mobile hotspot test)
2、Check whether the WiFi character is more than 16 characters, if yes, please modify and shorten the WiFi password or contact us for upgrading.
3、Check if the wifi is 2.4GHz, (only support connecting 2.4GHz Wifi)

Please put this file in the root directory of the USB flash drive. It will be upgraded automatically after plugging in the projector (refer to the picture).

The format of the USB flash disk requires FAT32 format and capacity of 32G or less.
Please make sure that the power is not off when upgrading, power failure will cause damage to the projector.
Unable to mirror?
1、Please make sure your mobile phone and projector are connected to the same wifi.
2、Click to enter the screen mirroring page.
About Bluetooth connection
1,If you search directly on the Bluetooth page, he is in transmit mode and can only search for Bluetooth audio devices【Setting】→【Bluetooth】
2,If you click on the Bluetooth audio page mode, the phone can search the SK2【Homepage】→【Audio Mode】
Can I do screen zoom?
In USB mode, screen zoom can be performed in the player. In HDMI mode, you need to perform the screen zoom operation in the HDMI device.
Info on Streaming Services
Due to the HDCP agreement, screen mirroring may not function properly (no image or sound) when attempting to mirror content from certain apps, such as Prime Video, Netflix. We recommend that you use a streaming device such as a Fire Stick or Roku.

The Plugin store can not be opened.

Stuck on cpu usage, temperature, and memory usage.
If there is no value displayed, check the Task Manager to see if there is “SystemMonitor.exe” process. If not, it may be the antivirus software into the program closed. You can restart the program, and in the corresponding antivirus software program to join the whitelist.
