Software Cannot Recognize Stream Controller Keyboard

Problem Description
When you connect the Stream Controller (15-key) / Stream Controller SE (6-key), one of the
following situations occurs:
The keyboard only displays the startup screen (such as a white background + logo/pure black screen) and cannot display the operation interface you have set;
The Stream Controller software on your computer cannot correctly identify the keyboard
model, only displaying the default model CN001
The Serial Number/Firmware version in the Stream Controller software's [Setting] --->
[Device] shows Device not found;
After setting up plugins/actions in the software, the LCD keyboard does not display the
corresponding icons, and pressing the keys does not trigger a response on the computer.
Possible Causes
The data cable is not fully inserted.
If the cable is not fully inserted into the bottom interface of the Stream Controller, it may only
provide power but fail to transmit data, preventing the computer from recognizing the device.
In this case, the keyboard will not enter the normal working state, and the software will fail to recognize it.
The cable is damaged, preventing signal transmission.
Solution (Follow these steps)
1. Ensure the cable connector is correctly inserted into the device.
The Stream Controller keyboard uses a Type-C port. You need to plug the A-port/A-to-C adapter
end directly into your computer/laptop's port.
2. Confirm the cable is fully inserted.
Please firmly and securely insert the data cable into the bottom port of the Stream Controller,
ensuring the connection is not loose. (You should hear a click when fully inserted.)
3. Replace with a USB data cable that supports data transmission.
Please note: This product does not support connection via hubs/docking stations; it must be
connected directly to the computer’s USB port;
We recommend using a USB cable with data transmission capabilities (a 33 W charging cable is
recommended).
Cables that only provide charging cannot transmit data, which will prevent the device from being
recognized.
Regardless of whether the problem is resolved after replacing the cable, please contact our
After-Sales team immediately. We will provide you with corresponding compensation or
service support.
